Our prices include Van Hire, and at least 1 working helpful driver.

Please remember to compare our rates with hiring a self drive van. You will be faced with the heavy work of loading the van yourself, or having to hire some help! And of course driving an unfamiliar and bigger vehicle can be daunting too?

Finally you will have to return the Self Drive van to the depot, and then get home again. Not forgetting the need to have your credit card charged in case you should damage the van, and your driving documents inspected.

None of the above applies when you use, Easy Man and Van. They will simply arrive following your instructions, ready to get started moving your things immediately. Our working drivers have a great deal of experience in packing the van properly, with onboard blankets and straps, so that your valuable things will not be damaged.

With local moves, your charges only start at the arrival time of your Easy Man and Van at your collection/old address, and they end within the nearest half hour following delivery at your final address. (Minimum charge of 1 hour)

If you prefer not to help lifting your things into the van, or perhaps you are physically unable to help, then you need our 2 or 3 men team. With these teams, everything can be done for you, providing a complete moving service door to door.

International and National - Easy Man and Van Services work locally within the town they are based in. However you will find it very economical to use Easy Man and Van to move your things throughout Europe. Charges are exactly the same as above for travelling anywhere within The United Kingdom, but your hire charges commence when the driver sets off from his base address, and ends when he returns to base. We call this charging method “The Round Trip Charge”

There are no fuel charges, as they are included, as is our Insurance cover. Any item over the value of €500 must be declared to us, otherwise Easy Man and Van Goods in Transit Risk, is limited to the replacement value, as determined by an average value we can obtain a replacement of the lost, stolen, or damaged goods. In any event Easy Man and Van limits its liability to €5000 for total loss, in the unlikely event that this should occur, unless otherwise agreed.

Cost Example 1:

Milton Keynes to Birmingham (a full van load)

Milton Keynes to Birmingham is approximately 68 Miles and will take 1.25 Hours
Loading the van say 1 hour (always takes a little longer to pack van)
Unloading the van say .75 Hours
Birmingham to Milton Keynes 68 Miles and will take 1.25 Hours

Total Hire time is 4.25 Hours therefore:

1 Man and Van Hire Costs just  €106.25
2 Men and Van Hire Costs just  €148.25
3 Men and Van Hire Costs just  €191.25


Cost Example 2:

Milton Keynes to Brighton (Part van load)

Milton Keynes to Brighton is 116 Miles (Google Maps) and takes 2 Hours
Loading the van 0.25 Hours
Unloading the van takes 0.25 Hours
Brighton to Milton Keynes 116 Miles and takes 2 hours

Total Hire time is 4.5 Hours therefore:

1 Man and Van Hire Costs just  €112.50
2 Men and Van Hire Costs just  €157.50
3 Men and Van Hire Costs just  €202.50

European Deliveries are estimated according to distance.
Tolls are always charged extra to estimated costs.

Payment Terms
Half Payment with Order, or on collection, with final payment being made on satisfactory completion of your delivery. We accept PayPal, or Cash, but unfortunately do not offer credit accounts at this time. All these terms and conditions apply to all Customers Orders at all times without exception.
